Louise Herfel, CEO

Louise Herfel’s 30+ years as a Supply Chain Executive with iconic companies such as Neiman Marcus, Zale Corporation and The Dallas Morning News, has allowed her extensive hands-on-leadership in all aspects of global sourcing, contracting and purchasing across the retail, newspaper, banking, oil & gas and home improvement sectors. Louise has also served as Director of Outreach for Texas Christian University Supply Chain undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Louise has extensive experience leading cross functional groups in the review of expenditures, demand management/forecasting and total cost of ownership, and consistently produced double digit savings while mitigating risks associated with quality control, supplier selection/management and contractual terms and conditions.

Tim Herfel

Tim Herfel’s 30+ years in Federal Government included attaining the rank of Captain in the United States Air Force; working for the Federal Aviation Administration while completing a dual Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning and Public Administration; and working for the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) as a Project Officer overseeing federal grants approved for the states of Louisiana, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Before retiring from the EPA in 2014, Tim completed his federal career working in Water Outreach and Education. In this role, Tim represented the agency for the City of Dallas Trinity River Project, Dallas Urban Forestry Advisory Council, Chairman of United Way Science Technology Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) committee, and Earth Day Oak Cliff and Earth Day Dallas. Chris Arrington

As founder and owner of Arrington Roofing, Chris leads the team and supervises all aspects of each roofing job. Chris received a degree in Architectural Design from Texas Tech University, then went on to establish his business in real estate and construction. He evolved the business with a focus in roofing and energy systems, which complemented his roots and passion for architecture. In his business, Chris is actively involved in educating and servicing their clients, both residential and commercial, to help ensure their customers obtain the smartest and most efficient solutions. His high level of integrity, and his commitment to eliminate false hope and poor investment by his clients, is what sets Chris and his business apart from many others. He is equally committed to training his staff to be up to date on their skills and knowledge so they can each deliver the level of service Arrington customers have come to expect. Chris is a HAAG Certified Roof Inspector for both commercial and residential roofs. “HAAG Certified” in the roofing and insurance industries carries a lot of weight. It means that person is a true authority in their business. It means they can quickly and accurately inspect for damage and correctly evaluate that damage. It also means when they report their findings, their conclusions have true credibility. Chris brings this same level of integrity to GoSolarGo.
